Hotel Rules and Regulations
Regarding Tattoos & Body Art

・As you probably know, tattoos in Japan are not socially accepted. Not to embarrass other guests we kindly ask you to cover all tattoos, including small fashion tattoos, while being in public spaces.
Regarding Attire Within the Hotel

・Wearing swimsuits without covering is not permitted inside the hotel.

・Moving around in the room wear and slippers provided in the guest rooms is only allowed on the guest room floors (Ocean Wing 5F–12F, Club Wing 2F–6F).

・In public spaces such as the lobby and restaurants, please wear a jacket or other covering over your swimsuit.
Regarding Laundry

・Please refrain from hanging swimsuits or towels on the balcony railing, as it affects the hotel's appearance and may be dangerous due to strong winds.

・We kindly ask you to use the laundry rope in the bathroom or the drying rack available in the closet within your room.
Regarding Smoking

・All public spaces, including guest rooms, are non-smoking. When smoking, please use the designated smoking areas within the hotel facilities.
Regarding the Prevention of Drunk Driving

・The hotel will not serve alcohol to guests who plan to drive. Please inform the front desk if you require assistance with arranging a taxi or a designated driver service.
Regarding Medications

・In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, the hotel cannot provide medication as a service. Please ensure you bring your own. If you do not have any, we can direct you to a nearby hospital or pharmacy.
Regarding Pets

・Please refrain from bringing pets onto the hotel premises (except for assistance dogs).
Regarding the Use of Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

・To ensure the hotel guests privacy, the use of small unmanned aerial vehicles (drones, etc.) is not permitted.
Regarding the Use of Fireworks

・Fireworks, firecrackers, and similar items are not permitted on the hotel premises.
